*Contracts are on an annual basis and discounts are available for those who pay in full at the start of the contract term. The annual rates quoted above do not include any discounts. Shorter term rates are available for monthly customers with a three month minimum and at ten percent above the annual rates quoted. Shorter term contracts require a one month security deposit and have a 30 day termination notice requirement.
Our facility prides itself on unlimited in/out service. We are an "on call" service so just give us a call and we'll have your boat in the water within the hour. We are located on the Tennessee River, near the Chickamauga Dam at Mile Marker 471. Our facility is open seven days a week during season (May through September).
