Dear Lakeshore Marina Customers,

Lakeshore Marina was sold in August to Ken and Laurenne. We look forward to meeting all of you in the coming days and we are very excited about the future of the Marina. We welcome all suggestions and ideas to help us operate the Marina as a first class facility.

Our pumpout has been repaired and is now in working order.

Please note a few reminders about the rules at the Marina. No maintenance or repairs shall be performed on any boat except by the owner or Lakeshore Marine Services unless prior approval of the Marina is obtained. If it is approved by the office, the Vendor/Contractor must be insured before starting any service here on the premises.

If you are selling your boat, please don't give out the gate code and the owner must show their boat themselves. In an effort to protect our customer's belongings and our property, guests and non-members are not allowed on the docks unless in the presence of an owner. If you would like us to sell and show your boat for you just contact the Marina for more details.

Dry storage customers, please don't wax the bottom of your boat as the forklift will not be able to lift your boat if you do. If you have already waxed the bottom of your boat, you can use acetone to remove this and we carry this product in our ship store.

When bringing your boat to the dry storage dock, you must have dock lines at least 8 ft long. If you don’t, we will need to provide this at an additional charge of $20 for a pair. Also, please ensure you have bumpers for your boat to avoid any direct contact with the docks when waiting to be loaded into dry storage. We sell the bumpers in the ship store and can order them as well if we don't have the size or color you need. This is for your own protection of your precious investments!!

Thank you, Lakeshore Marina
